2. According to the load required by the hot melt adhesive machine and its surrounding equipment, check whether the power cord used and insulation protection comply with regulations. The load of the wire must be higher than the rated power of the hot melt adhesive machine.

3. Ensure that the voltage connected to the hot melt adhesive machine from the outside meets the requirements of the hot melt adhesive machine itself. For example, if a single-phase 220V voltage standard hot melt adhesive machine equipment is used with a 380V power supply, it may damage the spraying equipment of the hot melt adhesive machine. For example, if a single-phase 220V voltage standard hot melt adhesive machine equipment is used with a power supply lower than 220V, it cannot meet the design performance of the equipment and may also damage the hot melt adhesive machine, When wiring, ensure that the power cord is correctly connected to the position of the external circuit breaker.

4. Ensure that the hot melt adhesive machine operates at the specified voltage. If the voltage used is different from the specified voltage, it may cause the hot melt adhesive machine to burn out.
